Circus Freaks Entries

Please complete the following form to submit entries for the Circus Freaks Category. Please ensure you have read the competition kit prior to submitting your entry.

ALL competitors must have completed a Competitor Registration form and paid the $25.00 registration fee before submitting an entry. All members of duos, trios and groups must register and pay the $25.00 fee - but only one representative is required to submit the below entry form. You may only enter the Circus Freak categories if you have been approved through the audition process.

You will need to submit a separate entry form for EACH routine being entered.
